"My art career began as a hobby diversion to the stresses of working for a large corporation. It became one of my life’s true loves and I was soon to give up the corporate life and devote myself to art.
I was semi successful using traditional media and showed in several one person exhibitions, many juried shows and participated in local art fairs.
I entered a university and gained a Bachelor of Science in graphic design, with a minor in fine art with honors. While in school I worked for an individual who had a rather large collection of art. He made his living buying and selling art and I believe that I learned more from him than I ever did at the university.
Since then the scope and direction of my work has changed from traditional to digital. Photography and photographic manipulation has become the focus of my work.
My love of art and my works have never come close to supporting me, and I have never actively pursued a career in any art related field. I have a small ranch which is my second love. I raise olives, parrots and dogs as well as the usual farm animals. This gives me the time to pursue my first love..."
