O.N.Z.C.D.A™, founded in 1998 by Rhonda Serong, is a stand alone award program holding to the highest ethical and quality purposes.
Along the years they have collected the most coveted recognitions and ratings such as Award Sites 5.0+, World's Top Award and more.
The web site, which is a totally new design, has been developed through the international collaboration of Mrs. Serong and Carlos Simoes - Portugal and provides for a XHTML 1.0 Strict, CSS based, P3P compliant, table less display built with WAI-WCAG in mind, remaining under development, this being based on visitor feedback.
